This thread has been a comfort because I really thought I was a monster about A/C, but seems like I’m more in the average range.

i'm in a garden unit, so the temp stays cooler, but the air doesn't move as much. always tend to keep it 69-71 range to get air moving

74 during the day. 70 upstairs in the bedroom at night.

What temp do you guys turn it on? Like if it's in the 70s do you leave it off? We have two dogs so if they're hot and their fans we bought them aren't cutting it we'll turn it on whenever, otherwise we don't turn it on until like the 80s If it gets past high 70s it's usually too hot for my place, love having the windows open in the low 70s/high 60s though |

My wife usually keeps it at 72, I do HVAC for a living so I'm outside all day typically, so I come home and shiver at 72, usually end up bumping it to 73 or 74 to give me a little time to adjust. Turn it back down to 72 after an hour or 2, So that's what I voted. edit: I also keep my fan set to on all summer to keep the back bedrooms tempered, so its not quite as noticeable that I turn it up for a few hours  |
