As in both these MAGA lovers can go fuck themselves.

Sugar Ray's catalog has more bangers, but neither group really did anything good beyond their first few albums.
It seems like most of Smash Mouth's hits were covers too, which is weird.

Sugar Ray brings back some nice memories from days gone by. Smashmouth gives me diarrhea.

Remember when Sugar Ray made a song that sounded like early Weezer for the Scream 2 soundtrack?

Please add a Neither/Gun to My Head, I’ll Take the Bullet/Fuck Both These Bands option for the H8RZ.

I really hate Smashsmouth because that stupid All Star song is a goal-scoring audio option in Rocket League, so I’m probably reminded of that earworm garbage on average about once a week.
On the other hand I really hate Sugar Ray because the one time I saw Smashing Pumpkins, they had those awful interstitial videos featuring Mark McGrath, making an annoyingly bloated slog of a show even longer and stupider.

Sugar Ray's cover of 'Abracadabra' > Smash Mouth's cover of 'I'm A Believer'

Man this song was awesome when I was 11 but now I'm just laughing about Mark McGrath singing about how he's gonna rob somebody at gunpoint.
These bands are bad.
