also, don't hate the new Of Montreal. It has it's moments but overall it's about what I'd expect from them these days.

I'm following them on FB now, and noticed that one of their upcoming shows is with Tennis System, who is also a decent shoegazey type band. More Swervedriver than Slowdive/MBV. They'll be releasing a new album in 2018 as well.

Yeah the new Preoccupations track is an earworm. One of their catchiest songs to date, but doesn't seem to be a departure from their other material. I dig it a lot (naturally).
