apparently The Weeknd and Vince Staples are both being reported as also being on the Black Panther soundtrack.
fans speculating that Beyonce is too, based on her recent outfits (cause that's a thing)
i won't be mad about a Marvel soundtrack being our AOTY honestly

apparently the guys from Behemoth were invited over to Tool's studio today and Danny, Adam, and Justin rehearsed 5 or 6 new songs for them.
then again i can completely see both Tool and Behemoth agreeing to get drunk together and taking a picture to falsify a story about the new album being done.

not a "new" release, but Cindy Lee's magnificent "Act of Tenderness" is finally getting an official North American release on February 23rd on Digital and Vinyl via Superior Viaduct. You can pre-order here: www.superiorviaduct.com/collections/w-25th/products/cindy-lee-act-of-tenderness-lp For those not in the know, Cindy Lee is former Women lead singer Pat Flegel's project after transitioning. There's on album up on Spotify "Malenkost" but "Act of Tenderness" is their best (so far). Weirdly beautiful album. Hoping we get new material this year. |

I'm not sure if im ready to hear James Blake in the middle of a Marvel movie but I'm here for it james blake is the perfect music for 2/3 into the movie montage where everything is going wrong and the heroes aren't sure what they can do to save the day. |

I'm not sure if im ready to hear James Blake in the middle of a Marvel movie but I'm here for it james blake is the perfect music for 2/3 into the movie montage where everything is going wrong and the heroes aren't sure what they can do to save the day. I dunno - I'm picturing it more when the protagonist is having some internal struggle on balancing the priorities of a romantic relationship with the responsibility of fighting HYDRA. Like he doesn't want to leave his lady....but.... Captain America is calling.... but Netflix and chill... etc |
