Now that the contract has been extended for the next 10 years,
What big legacy quality headliners could possibly headline the festival over the next decade that haven't headlined yet?

I think the closest thing you're ever going to have at Lolla again to a legacy act will be, like, NIN or Pearl Jam or someone like that. They're not booking Springsteen, they're not booking Elton John, they have ACL for that. Lolla is for the children and they will continue booking it for the children, with an occasional Metallica-sized bone thrown to the moms and dads. The average Lolla attendee was born in like 1998, they're not booking for Grandma and Grandpa.

Wouldn't be shocked if Lolla books Dead and Co or Phish tbh.

I'm all for Weird Al headlining with a special Metro aftershow where he plays deep cuts for 2.5 hours.

Wouldn't be shocked if Lolla books Dead and Co or Phish tbh. Dead are very, very popular with millennials but I'm not sure about zoomers. Not that I want to see them without Lindsey but Fleetwood Mac could've always drawn a respectable crowd at these things I think.

Think they'll get Doja next year or will she already be over by then? Olivia Rodrigo, Bad Bunny, BLACKPINK, Jack Harlow.
It's about time they get Gaga again, maybe in a year when the Chromatica tour is wrapping up.

I believe there was reconciliation so it sounds like the next Fleetwood Mac tour could have Lindsey again Curious where you heard this Apparently I am remembering roughly half the situation and Lindsey/Mick had reconciled and Lindsey was open to reconciliation with Stevie as well, (which was rumored to be the sticking point in the first place) but there’s no word on whether or not that actually occurred. I guess most parties are interested in as many of them together as possible for a farewell tour so I could see it coming together

I'd be surprised by Phish just because Lolla has historically shied away from booking headliners with built-in fanbases, j-hope notwithstanding. Lady Gaga in 2010 was the exception (Lady Gaga in 2022 is completely mainstream however).
You know what, screw it, give me Katy Perry.

Wouldn't be shocked if Lolla books Dead and Co or Phish tbh. I would be! Billy Strings was just dipping a toe in the water. I will note that on the survey this year they asked what genres you’d like to see more of and “jam band” was an option for the first time since I’ve been attending so that is interesting. Not sure that means they’re booking Phish but it is interesting.

Never underestimate how much Bobby loves money. He's not playing fests when he can sell out multiple nights at ballparks and amphitheaters

Widespread Panic headlined before, and Wilco and My Morning Jacket are at least jam-band-adjacent. So is Ween, for that matter.
