I need a pair of tromping shoes for the trip and have always relied on Keens as my unattractive summer trompers. Thinking of trying a different style? Are either of these less hideous?   |

i think the purple one is less hideous. the brown ones are way too busy with the loop in back, the cross rope in the front, the color shades, etc.

I like both but the purple ones are my fave.

I like both but the purple ones are my fave. I agree with this. We do less tromping in general than we used to, but Ashley swears by a similar pair that she has. |

I dig those, too, and will be in the market this spring. We're all gonna be tromping around in the same damn shoes. They're super comfortable - that's what keeps bringing me back to that brand. I'll let you know when I'll be in Chicago this summer so we can all coordinate shoes. |

Picked up a cool Yeezy shirt at a consignment shop near me this morning friend of mine scours the thrift stores for band / music shirts all the time and sells them on ebay for a profit. his best one was a bootleg tupac shirt that he bought for a buck or two and sold for $300. |

I dunno if I'm too late, but get yourself some Chacos and thank me later. Best sport/hiking/festival sandals ever. And if you're really crazy, you can get some made with Grateful Dead bears all over the straps.  |
