Vampire Weekend has over 2M fans on Facebook I love Vampire Weekend, but they are not headlining Coachella next year.

I wouldn't be shocked with VW headlining. How many bands realistically out there would pull a bigger crowd than them at Coachella? Out of people who would be at Coachella.

I wouldn't be shocked if Vampire Weekend headlines. I wouldn't be shocked if they don't headline.
At the least they are a 4-6 headliner at Lolla and ACL right?

They haven't released any new music in over 4 years. I really think they have lost some buzz because of their long hiatus.

Their hiatus will only make them more popular, CG.

Coachella 2018: Everything's more expensive
Looks like car camping is up to $113 from $100 and GA is $429, up from $400 I believe?

Ugh that's honestly the worst/most intimidating part for me, finding a reasonable place to stay.

Ugh that's honestly the worst/most intimidating part for me, finding a reasonable place to stay. yeah i really don't want to fucking camp. i've never cancelled a hotel reservation before, do you get all your money back?

Post by irvred on May 31, 2017 13:30:47 GMT -6
All the hotels I've booked don't even charge you until check-in (or check-out, in some cases) and have no penalty for cancelling up to 24-hours beforehand.
I guess I should rephrase - booking a hotel is easy, but they get more and more expensive every year. I've never tried camping but it sounds rough.

Most hotels will give you all of your money back, yeah. I'd imagine that applies double here where they can probably jack up the price on whatever you paid down the line.
