I watched Challengers last week. Didn’t care about any of the characters and thought none of them had any redeeming qualities. The score was dope.

The soundtrack was top notch, I would love to hear more music from whoever composed it. Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross

What Gyllenhaal movie should I watch next? His filmography looks like it's filled with stealth turds. I remember watching October Sky like twice back in grade school and really liking it

Watched In Bruges last night for the first time. Honestly one of the best movies I've ever seen? Legit fantastic.

Unfortunate that McDonagh has decided the move is to make gradually worse movies since then

It's been a while since I've seen Seven Psychopaths but I loved it, thought it was a great follow-up to In Bruges though Bruges is still my favorite of his and really an all around all timer but I still think Bosma is wrong

Watched the first two hours of JFK last night. Legit insane movie.
So far, Costner might literally be giving the worst performance I've ever seen?

Hey now, Costner may not be a great actor but don’t forget he’s not a great director either

Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves still takes the cake for worst Costner performance. What a weird time for movies.

My parents LOVED Costner and would rent all of his movies from Blockbuster, so I unfortunately have seen Waterworld, The Postman and pretty much all of his other 90s movies.
Dude is just a dogshit actor, but wandering around Middle Ages-era England and not even attempting an accent is a wild choice. He also completely undermined an incredible Alan Rickman performance. Fuck that guy.

I never even saw Waterworld but wasn't that a really bad one too? I saw that in the theater when it came out. This was in a 20-screen theater in Dallas. At the time, I thought the idea of a 20-screen theater was awesome, I had never been to one before. I remember Waterworld actually being better than I anticipated. Not sure how well it has aged though.

I was gonna say Dances With Wolves was good but I was thinking of Last of the Mohicans. DWW is still on my watchlist though.
Also not gonna stand for any shit-talkin' about Field of Dreams, he's good in that

I remember liking Dances With Wolves at the time but can't imagine how poorly it's aged.
We played parts of the soundtrack in orchestra, does anyone else have fond memories of movie themes played in high school/jr high band?
