I’ve seen Father John Misty, Radiohead, and Ingrid Michaelson 3 times each, though after this weekend I will have seen The National 3 times and I have tickets to see The Oh Hellos for a 3rd time in November. I’m fairly early in my concert going life so I imagine I’ll pump those numbers up soon.
Obviously from these numbers you can see there’s no one I’ve seen 10 plus times.
I haven’t seen Phish either though I’m not opposed to that happening.
The only show I regret seeing is St Lucia in Bloomington and only because some drunk asshole was throwing his tall body around the venue and ran into my girlfriend (now wife) who was already not a fan of GA shows. I started yelling at him to watch where he was going and then he and two of his friends said if I had a problem with them enjoying the show I could meet them outside for them to fuck me up. Anyways it was a bad goddamn night but the band was probably really good so there’s that.

10+: Bright Eyes/Oberst, Coheed, The National, Thee Oh Sees, Death Cab/Ben Gibbard, Spoon
Phish: Noop
Regret: The Mos Def/DOOM show at the Congress in 2009 where the whole thing started 3 hours late, each of the openers were garbage and got booed off the stage, Mos was good but got booed off the stage, and a fake DOOM ran around for 20 minutes before being booed off the stage and the show ending.

I've fallen asleep at two separate RHCP sets. oh god if we're talking about regrettable festival decisions... luckily only saw RHCP once ever and it was great fun because we were drunk and doing chicken fights in the crowd. but i bet Santigold or Frank Ocean would've been way better. also seeing Muse over Coldplay in 2011 was probably dumb on my part but i've seen them both since and CP is infinitely better nowadays than Muse is, so w/e |

I've seen U2 13 times
Local H 10+, no idea how many times total. CHVRCHES something like 8? Dave Matthews Band / Hold Steady / DCFC / Jimmy Eat World each about 5 times.
I don't have too many show regrets. The bad shows I've seen are usually funny enough or a good enough experience that the nights have been worth it. The great shows I've missed, I've made up for elsewhere in my life.

None more than 10. Animal Collective, Downtown Boys and Guerrilla Toss are all at the top at 5 or 6 thinking about it, St Vincent is probably right up there with this group if I'm including the show with David Byrne |

MMJ might be my current leader; used to be Wilco though I haven't gone out of my way to see them in a few years. I'm at 51-ish for MMJ.
I'm less clear on Phish but they are also in the 50 show range. Multiple night stands help, as does seeing them since the mid-90s.
No idea which bands I've seen 10x. Probably the usual fest whores.

I've somehow seen Iceage 7 times which I think is my most. And I'm seeing them again in November.
Titus Andronicus 6 times (7 if you count a record store show). Muse 6 times (don't judge me). Radiohead 5 times. Priests 5 times and that's all been in the last year and a half.
I feel like I'm missing a big one. My list feels super small compared to the others here but I also live in a city where if bands even come through here at all its once every 2-3 years, instead of Chicago where it seems like every band plays 2-3 times a year (not bitter at all about it)

Although I did drive up to St. Louis by my lonesome one Friday night in 2003 to see Avril Lavigne at the arena, and while I enjoyed the show, in retrospect, I'm like, "why did I go to that?" |
