That's cool, but it's missing something like mango chutney mayo, which is awesome. Used to get that at Pommes Frites in New York all the time.

Not sure I mentioned, but the ten15's also have an air fryer. Mostly use it to make homeade chicken tenders or cook frozen things, but did some homemade onion rings as well.  |

Panko. Couldn't figure out how to do battered.
They were good, but we did lose quite a bit of the "breading". We are gonna keep experimenting though.

I do line the basket with foil sometimes when doing breaded things but then you lose some of the crunch. Choices...

In honor of Burger King bringing back their tacos, mrs ten15 made BK style tacos in the air fryer. Corn tortillas, taco seasoned meat (we used ground turkey breast), and 1/2 slice American cheese. 12 minutes. Lettuce and Ortega taco sauce toppings.
They were delicious, but we had a hard time “sealing” them. May try toothpicks to keep them tighter next time.

I put board adjacent character TK up in my guest room when she was in town a couple of weeks ago. We discussed some board adjacent things while she was here. You’ll see where this is going in a minute.
Earlier this week she told me she sent me a thank you gift for putting her up and it would be arriving today.
I just got home super drunk and it’s a 3.4 quart air fryer.
I don’t know how to process this information.
