As combined gift for his 30th birthday, Christmas as well as our 5 years together (also this month), pretty set on offering my boyfriend a voucher for a week in either SF/Napa Valley, New Orleans/Louisiana, or Seattle/Portland (I'll let him pick)! Since those are all places I'd love to go (back), this will also be a treat for me  And I think that I (we) will get the Switch |

Instead of asking for gift ideas, I'd like to ask The Board Dot what they're most excited to give someone this year.
My brother has a large list of original presses he wants on vinyl, and I found two (Joshua Tree, Wish You Were Here) at very reasonable prices and I think he's gonna absolutely love them.
Was going to get Megan a Mahomes NFL jersey but they are literally sold out everywhere, including online. Gotta figure something out in lieu.

The cat stuff is forcing us to scale down Christmas this year, but MLB uploads almost every baseball game in its entirely to Youtube, and is terrible at labeling or organizing them, so I spent several hours making a playlist of every Red Sox win this year for my friend who's a fan.

We pooled in with my sister and brother in law to get my parents a new toaster oven because theirs just burns shit all the time. My dad would have impulse bought another shitty one so we got them a nice one
I'm mostly excited to see him start comparing the features of the two and make like 30 pieces of toast no one wants

I just did "banana bread bites" from banana bread batter poured into a mini-muffin mold. Made a bunch, bananas are cheap, people loved that shit. Let me know if you're interested in a recipe. |

I'm just going to say I've been on the phone with these people for a straight week trying to get one ordered and NFL Shop is canceling all orders for Mahomes jerseys regardless of whether the order actually goes through - I was advised not to purchase one through them. And since apparently so many retail shops are sourced from NFL Shop, I don't have very good odds |
