i went to the numero group pop up at comfort station in logan. got an open copy of the out of print unwound lp for $5 and a package-damaged dinosaur jr 7" boxset for $10.   |

Was at Reckless in WP around 4am and the first seven people in line were solely there for the Wax Trax thing for Ministry later. Was able to snag: Twin Peaks, Erykah Badu singing "Tempted", Courtney Barnett, Death Grips, Robyn, Tweedy, The Crow OST, Lost in Translation OST, Gorillaz.

i didnt really realize the tweedy album wouldn't be available this weekend besides on rsd vinyl. hoping a rip pops up online at some point but havent seen it.
i swung by shuga before heading to the burbs but they were out. i also didnt realize weezer's blue album bsides record was being pressed for rsd, but it was $28 for a single lp so i passed on that lol

i dont really do "lists" for RSD. The Crow soundtrack and the new Sunn O))) were the only things on my radar but i knew they'd be gone quick.
we just partied at Bucket o Blood instead and at the end i picked up Bowie's Let's Dance, QotSA's Lullabies to Paralyze, Nick Cave's From Her to Eternity, the new Pelican single, and the Distillers/Regrettes split of "Dismantle Me." also bucket had lots of shirts and glassware.
it was a nice but still kinda expensive day

Didn’t pick up RSD stuff. Did flip through my shop’s sidewalk sale bins and pick up a few things. Also bought a couple non-RSD things in store. Mostly went for the concerts. Good time.

i spent way too much money, but still had a blast. music record shop opened at 7 am this year and i dont think too many people knew about it. also had a keg of urban chestnut zwickel...
i got pearl jam, tweedy, green day and dr dog for a friend. also picked up the orange BOCC, future islands singles and mates of state mountaintops later at planet score.
finished the day at euclid with a free bottle rockets show.

got the broken social scene release which is trending like it'll be all over the place and not very valuable - good tunes, though
and the u2 ep which will probably be in the $5 bin by june.
