I actually heard back from their store and apparently my address didn't perfectly match what my bank had on file so my bank cancelled the order? Weird. Anyways, the Warner rep did tell me this:

It just got released 9/8/17 Yeah I had him hold a copy for me when I saw the shop post it on Facebook. They usually get a batch of old records in a few times a week and I didn't know that it was getting reissued so I thought it was a first press for $20 before I saw the promo sticker on it..... |

Hey do any of you live near a local record store? Great! If you could, please drop by and see if they have any copies left of the Deluxe Box War On Drugs new release. I pre-ordered one long ago and at some point over the past 2 months, Warner Brothers, without my knowledge or without ever telling me, cancelled that order. They had copies left for pre-order because my dad ordered one almost a week later (and that arrived last Friday). I also had proper funds because I was paid the day prior to ordering. They have yet to reply to me explaining why they just up and cancelled my order. And yes, I got a confirmation email and everything. Anyways, if one of your stores DOES have one still, I will immediately send you money either via Facebook or Paypal. Whichever you prefer. I can pick it up during Riot Fest or I can also pay for media mail shipping. the bucket of blood event last night was great. they were packed and sold so much of the inventory. hopefully helps recover from the damages.
i picked up Lemonade and Rated R for v reasonable prices and no noticeable damage inside.
also got nearly blackout drunk on free drinks. yay.
