Brad having to sit there and not being able to participate in Final Jeopardy was hilarious

Brad's gotten stuck with some confusingly worded daily doubles but I do think he's having the hardest time adjusting to the harder questions

We watched the first two Jeopardy episodes last night and plan to get fully caught up tonight (so no spoilers from last night) but holy shit these have been great games.
When they were doing Ken’s introduction and they were talking about it being 15 years ago it brought back a huge flood of memories for me. The summer that he was on his streak we watched nearly every episode. We were visiting my grandparents that summer and we all gathered in the living room to watch. It was one of the only times we could put something on TV that me, my sister, my parents, my grandparents, my aunt and uncle, and my cousins would all enjoy. It was all we would talk about during the day. My grandparents have since passed, my aunt and uncle are divorced (but still good friends), and I don’t see that side of my family often at all, so getting really into jeopardy again has been nice and I suppose comforting to a degree.
Anyways I’m rambling at this point but it’s seriously so much fun to watch these guys all play against each other and I love that they’re doing this.

Started Schitt's Creek. Mom is the best character by far. Eugene Levy is such a weird actor to me. It always feels like he's overacting to the point where idk if he's trying to be a parody or not. I thought the same of the dad in Freaks and Geeks.

I feel like Eugene Levy is playing it pretty straight, especially the past couple seasons (so maybe your issue will get better). I binged it all over the past few weeks during my recovery. Great show.

True but I'm also not exactly mad at it? This ended with the most perplexing musical cue.

We started The Crown last night. Despite the fact that I don't really care about the monarchy, and obviously know what's coming, they do a great job of making you feel for what is happening. I was surprised they cast an American as Churchill, but Lithgow crushes so good on them. High quality drama for those into that sort of thing, would recommend based on what I've seen so far.

This ended with the most perplexing musical cue. are we jumping ahead to the 70s in season 4? Also a plea for peace, love and understanding is pretty incongruous with publicly outing a black man in the 60s

jeopardy GOAT tournament Great finish. I really thought James was going to pull that match out. Still in shock that Brad did not have a single good round.

watched all of What We Do in the Shadows last night and actually really liked it
it's got nothing on the movie but as a far as unnecessary spin-offs go, it's a fun premise with quality characters and some pretty dang funny moments. little hyped for s2

I got it right and audibly gasped when James didn't.

I wasn't familiar with Brad prior to this competition, but he was objectively bad throughout. I was hoping he'd at least make it interesting.
