kind of expected that one.
What I didn't expect was David Fincher being too busy to do a season 3 of Mindhunter so its officially on hold and the main cast has been released from their contracts.

also watched the first ep of The Outsider. good so far, the first scenes of the death were pretty damn gruesome. Kinda shocked me a little.

HBO continues to be leading the charge on original programming. So many great shows. Interesting with this to see Bateman playing something out of his normal territory. He's always got some kind of cockiness to his characters and here that's not the case.

I enjoyed it, can be a better heavy handed at times and feels like Master of None if Aziz was also Muslim, regardless it really comes together beautifully in the last three episodes, I'd recommend. Probably my favorite show last year after Succession.

The Aaron Hernandez documentary on Netflix is really good, even if you already read a lot of the reporting about it.
I don't know how people consume a lot of the true crime media though. I just feel super bummed now.

Season two of sex education was generally pretty pleasant. I love that this show depicts a super inclusive and tolerant community in some pocket of rural England that in all likelihood is astoundingly bigoted and reactionary irl
