I mean I wrote this festival off in June 2020 so I'm gonna go regardless. The odds of me going to Dead & Co. and skipping Saturday completely are still on the table but I'm hard pressed to think of a better time on Friday and Sunday. I listened to Iowa once and thought it was good- do I need to make any sort of effort on any of their releases otherwise I'd listen to their first album |

Pixies just cancelled all their dates too Dang. Sunday was always a "quality, not quantity" day, but now there are only 2 acts I want to see. I guess I really don't have to worry about conflicts with the NFL. |

I just noticed they billed MGK above Pixies on the new poster. It's probably a more accurate representation of each of their current popularity, but I've got to think Francis won't be happy about that. I figured Francis would be pissed, but not cancel the whole tour pissed. |

I guess I really don't have to worry about conflicts with the NFL. really? i felt like sunday was the only quantity over quality day this year. while i'm sure i would have watched a little, i didn't really plan on seeing the pixies at this point so not a huge loss. certainly not a great sign at this point for the other amphitheater-sized acts, tho. not much of a concern for p4k but certainly for riot fest acts. |
