Yesterday (June 08th) saw the Bad Brains deliver a special performance at the Okay Space art gallery in Brooklyn, NY. The surprise set took place as part of bassist Darryl Jenifer‘s art exhibit. As two members of the band (frontman H.R. & Dr. Know) are still recovering from serious medical ailments, a few guests helped them out with some of the faster tracks. Original singer Sid McCray and Lamb Of God‘s Randy Blythe were among them.
Frontman H.R. underwent brain surgery earlier this year, while Dr. Know suffered cardiac arrest and organ failure in late 2015. The band are next scheduled to perform at this year’s ‘Riot Fest‘ in Chicago, IL on September 15th.

arguably NIN related. dunno if that pertains to Riot or if it's FYF exclusive but ya know, #neat.
