Kerry King and Craig Gannon present "Classically Slayer". Would probably be better than the last Slayer album

Craig Gannon is probably going to make a killing soon by touring the Elton and Neil Diamond catalogs.

Neil Diamond has been diagnosed with Parkinson's, and will cease touring immediately.

It's just going to be an hour and a half long version. That's the whole concert.

If you think about it, "Skynyrd" have been going almost twice as long as actual Skynyrd. I don't think they have anyone in the original lineup in the band anymore

Weird, I thought I remembered reading that he left in the early part of the decade. Good for him

They toured as Rossington Collins for a while. Since we’re playing the fun facts about my parents game, my mom saw them in college and she said that they played a 25 minute INSTRUMENTAL Freebird and it was the worst thing ever.

I saw them once at Ravinia for free. You'll never guess what they encored with.

Skynyrd is more about a state of being and a way of life then it is about the band members on stage.

went to a double-bill show with skynyrd opening for allman brothers in '04. waited outside to scalp a ticket until i heard skynyrd's last notes, then went in. didn't get a good listen at the last song, so when i went in i was treated to a 15-minute encore of freebird. oof.

Full Skynyrd dates indicate that they'll be at Tinley during Lolla. In other words, the real headliners of the weekend.
