I've had to go back and forth with Gustin a bit, but I think I finally landed a pair of denim that are perfect. The fit thing is more complicated than it needs to be - I followed the measurement instructions, and it was still uncomfortably tight once I received them. Ended up using my normal sizing and it worked out. :shrugs: Yeah, that's the thing that bothers me about Gustin. Sizing can already be tricky with raw denim, but Gustin doesn't use vanity sizing, which makes it more tricky. And then some of their denims are woven much tighter than normal, which causes the jeans to fit smaller than usual, and they don't always indicate that when they're put up for order. That's the big reason why I hadn't ordered from them in a long time until this recent pair. It can be really annoying to wait two or three months for a pair of jeans and then when they arrive they don't fit and you can't just exchange them for the next size down because it's highly likely that they won't have another pair of the same jeans in that size since all the pairs are made to order.

I have worn the same style of brown Rockport oxfords at work for many many years (not the same pair, I just bought the same shoes over and over when they wore out). I just went to replace them and they stopped making them in my size. I'm having a panic attack trying to figure out a new pair of shoes to buy, I hate my big dumb feet. At least Amazon started doing the try-for-seven-days thing.

I don't use it as often as I should (largely because it's a little expensive) but a couple of spots of renewed hope in a jar from philosophy works wonders. Makes me feel like a new person. I don't buy into a lot of the anti-aging product, but advanced night repair form Estée Lauder came highly recommended from my friends in the cosmetics department when I worked in a department store. I used to have horrifically bad acne and was on a lot of medications for it, including acutane (which if you do a little google search on, you can see has some pretty disastrous side effects). As a result my face was in constant pain. Whether it was from bad cystic acne or burning dry skin that hardcore rejected any of the typical treatments like benzoyl peroxide, which made my skin peel off and didn't help with my acne. The only real topical treatment that helped the occasional bad spot was Retin-A, but I had to get a prescription for it from a dermatologist. Not everything in the retinoid family is created equal so be careful what you put on there. I can still do the occasional face mask or "mud treatment" or whatever trendy shit E is smearing on my face, but some of it makes my face burn so I have to be careful. Is your skin sensitive? I'd make sure that you find products that are specifically recommended by professionals and not slapping anything that says "sensitive skin" on you if so. This was a horrific long journey for me so I am often scared to try new things on my face.

I started exfoliating more at my gf’s suggestion. I shower every day, so I just added exfoliant to that.
After showering I lotion everything.
At night I rinse my face and just use Cetaphil on it and go to sleep.

Man, I'm not sure but I'd imagine at least some of it is undoing the effects of wearing makeup all day?

I have some great stuff for my beard that I use on a daily basis and I also use some night and morning creams for the rest of my face. Obviously I'm aging beautifully.

I thankfully have never really had any acne and only scalp dryness (which is 4000x worse probably) but a couple times I've done a face mask when the GF is doing one and than afterwards my skin is an absolute nightmare. Just red and pimply and crazy.
I did find a great beard gel that prevents any beard itch

Do you have to wash beards? I had no idea. I guess it makes sense.
Y'all know how good the bf smells but I'm pretty sure he doesn't have any special beard shampoo.
