My stats:
Shows: Including festivals as a single day, I'd imagine I'm at around ~350 shows since I started regularly attending them in 2012. Unfortunately I lost the document catagorizing everything from 2009 (first show) to 2015, so I'm never gonna know exactly what that number is anymore
Bands I've seen the most: Surprisingly, Cloud Nothings (8) followed by Wilco and GbV (7)
Merch: Depends on the band. I've definitely bought posters and shirts and the occasional record but I wouldn't say I'm religious about it.
Beers: I didn't start until 2014 and one could say that I've been making up for lost time since then....

according to my lil document it seems ive been to 550+ shows. i checked out a couple years ago what bands id seen the most times. maybe i'll update the top acts real quick and see where we're at.

How many shows have you seen? i'd have to filter my email accounts by "ticket" and hope that gives me a solid number and i have no idea. over 500 since 2008 probably? What band(s) have you seen the most? definitely depends on how we're counting festival sets but i remember tallying it up one time and it was like Against Me! and Coheed & Cambria were in 20's. QotSA, Deftones, and the National are all probably double digits. NIN, Tool, and Radiohead are pushing 10. How much merch have you bought at shows? actually not a ton since it's usually more expensive than online or at record stores. probably only a couple hundred total on exclusive shirts and vinyl. handful of posters but never the crazy expensive ones. How many beers have you bought at shows? yeah okay not even gonna think about that. my poor wallet. Do you think you attend too many shows? neeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeewp. |

Including fests, in my very short span of regular concert attendance (didn’t really go to many shows till 2015 ish but my first show was in 2011) I’m only at about 95 or so shows but also I’m way younger than most people here so I’m sure that number will go up. I mostly don’t buy merch at shows, since it’s usually available later and cheaper on the artists site. I buy the very occasional beer, mostly at venues where it isn’t horrifically expensive. Oh and I don’t have a ton of repeat shows but I’ve been to like 3 Ingrid Michaelson shows since she’s one of the few my fiancée and I enjoy enough to see regularly together.

I didn't really track what shows I went to from 1993-2007 or so like you weirdos... But I would estimate I saw probably 50 shows per year during that time span. Then since around 2008 to now, I've seen almost 100 shows per year. So I'm definitely somewhere above 1500 shows, but I have no idea of the exact amount (I have been tracking more carefully since about 2007).
I think I've most likely seen Wilco, Bob Mould and the National the most. Wilco I've seen at least once a year since the Being There tour, National tons of times, and Bob many, many times.
I buy merch from time to time, but not often. Just can't with all the shows I go to. I really like how now bands are printing shirts specific to each day of their tour, those I am interested in.

Yeah I really don't keep track of this stuff. Kudos to you folks who do. I'm pretty sure Sondre Lerche would be the artist I've seen most frequently followed by MMJ and Avett Brothers.
And I drink plenty of beer. AMA.

How many shows have you seen? I'm at 131 right now, but I'm only 22 so I've got plenty of time to catch up to y'all.
What band(s) have you seen the most? After this Thursday it'll be San Fermin with 5. Right now they're tied with Car Seat Headrest and Titus Andronicus with 4.
How much merch have you bought at shows? The occasional shirt , a few records but only if the artist is small and I'm unlikely to find it at a store somewhere down the line. And maybe a handful of posters.
How many beers have you bought at shows? Hahaha maybe like 4 Old Styles when I saw The Districts at the Bottle last month? I think that's the only time I've bought beer at a show. Too pricey.

How many shows have you seen? i probably go to 35-50 shows each year and have been since 2006 or so. so somewhere around 400-500. those don't include festivals.
What band(s) have you seen the most? another wilco person: 16. spoon and drive-by truckers are in or near double digits. seen jack white in various projects 12 times.
How much merch have you bought at shows? depends on the band and the merch. i do like when there is a tour list on the back of a shirt.
How many beers have you bought at shows? oof. alot, but it depends on how easy it is to get to the bar and back to my spot.
Do you think you attend too many shows? i wish i could go to more. stl isn't the greatest market.

Shows: I'd say around 300, since I started regularly going to shows in '95/'96.
Bands I've seen the most: R.E.M. technically at 8, but one of those performances was a short set for the Today show, I don't really count that. So they're tied with Pearl Jam for 7.
Merch: When I started going to shows I'd almost always buy a shirt, especially at the big outdoor shows. Several years ago, I started exercising regularly and went from an XL to a L. I have a box filled with old XL concert t-shirts. These days, I'll only buy a shirt if I really like the band or shirt design (I bought a Jesus Lizard shirt at Day For Night). Not a poster-buying guy.
Beers: Sure, especially at club shows.

151 venue shows, 22 festivals of various sizes / lengths. Adding it all up, I reportedly have seen 852 sets.
Bands: Frank Turner, Motion City Soundtrack, and the Mountain Goats at 9 shows, followed by Heaters and the National at 7.
Merch? I don't want to know this.
Beers? I really don't want to know this.
Too many? I've got a ways to go on that front.

i think i've got every ticket stub or some kind of document for every show i've been to - 400-ish shows since '77.
pearl jam/ wilco / rev horton heat - 10-ish times each?
so rarely buy beer or merch at a show.

I started keeping ticket stubs, but my wallet got stolen after maybe one or two years of seeing shows. After that I decided to say fuck it.
Now I'm just like, "I have no idea. Hundreds."
Prob seen MMJ the most, but I lost track once I hit double digits.

# of shows - I'd say in the ballpark of 300 shows since I started attending concerts regularly in 2001.
Bands: Deerhunter (13x), Tool (7x), Spoon (5x), Radiohead (4x)
Merch: I typically snag a shirt at most shows if it's worthwhile, or I don't already have one by that band.
Beer: Depending on day of the week, size of the show, if I'm driving or not, I'd say my beer consumption ranges between 1 (Ben Folds) and 6 (Radiohead).
Too many? Possibly. I don't have a show until March right now and that's on purpose. I need to save money and be ready for the wedding so I'd say my show attendance in the past (especially last year) was a bit much.

Shows: Who the hell knows. I used to keep track, but then stopped, and now I'm back at it again. I'm probably up over 400 since 2002 or so, not counting festivals.
Bands: Various Conor Oberst projects (~15+), Coheed & Cambria (~15+), Thee Oh Sees (~12), Spoon (~10), various Ben Gibbard projects (~10), The National (~7)
Merch: Used to buy shirts, no I mostly buy records. If I buy a shirt it's usually for a metal band.
Beer: Yes
Too many shows?: No

I have a list but I haven't updated it in about 2 years. I think I could though, might do that when I get home.
I know I was at 50 actual concerts when I saw D'angelo in June of 2015. I would suspect I'm close to hitting my goal, if I haven't already, of 100 before 25 that I made when I was like 17.
Including actual festival acts, I'm well over that.

Merch, hardly ever. I've bought a Kanye shirt and poster and a Julien Baker shirt and that's literally it.
Beer? Rather not.
Enough shows? Not really. I'd like to go to more but going to college in the middle of nowhere without a car kinda sucked, and Detroit wasn't getting too many shows while I was there anyway.

I have not ever tracked show attendance. Don't ban me from the board. I would estimate I have seen 700 shows, not including fests. More than 1000 if fest sets are included.
Acts I have seen the most: Cheap Trick, Material Issue (RIP), Ringo Starr, Paul McCartney, New Order. (Should point out that the top 4 were almost always with mrs ten15)
Beers - I average 0 to 3 beers per show. Probably 5 or so per fest day.
Rarely buy merchandise.
I do not see enough shows, but see way more shows than most of my friends my age.

I only have records going back to 2015, but I think it's a little over 300 including festival sets. I know for a fact I've seen The Black Madonna the most, followed by Deadmau5, RTJ, Chance, and Kaleo all tied for second. I never really bought merch until this past year but I bought a couple of shirts. I also don't drink too much at shows (fests are another story), I mostly just pregame before. Wish I had the money to see even more shows  |

This is probably not the community to seek support for if you do. the trapper keeper at my desk has 49 single spaced double columned handwritten pages through mid-2009, but the pace has slowed since then. the post 2009 shows are on pages kept in a home file cabinet. if I got a windfall, I'd hire someone to tally the shows up and tell you how many shows I've seen. I've seen joe ely the most, 16-17 times. never buy posters; only occasionally buy t-shirts at shows; still have slayer, crowed house, and the indianapolis farm aid shirts; gave the ramones / iggy pop aragon shirt to my niece. except for slayer at the aragon (where I think I drank close to a six pack), I've never bought more than 1 beer at a show, if that. I used to attend too many shows. In the last three yrs or so, the number has been drastically cut back (not necessarily my choice). |

How many shows have you seen? Only 424 rows in my TK spreadsheet, but a) major gaps for 1996-2002 and 2009-2012, b) I have memories of 30 shows during those time periods, but not dates/details, c) counting festival days as one row. So I'm pretty certain my total is well above 500. I've had ebbs and flows in my life when it comes to live music. I used to perform a lot and that schedule ate up a fair amount of my evenings when I may have otherwise been going to see bands.

I have a small drawer with all my ticket stubs and printed tix tossed in no particular order. I started going to shows regularly in 2009; a trapper-keeper Word document I haven't updated past 2015 tells me I spent around $5000 on tickets and fest passes in those six years. Off my head I know I've gone to 13 fests of varying sizes.
I've seen Muse and Paramore 6 times each - thanks high school. QotSA 5 times. The National and Jack White are both at 4.
I never feel obligated to buy merch but I'd say I end up buying a shirt half of the time. Never hoodies/sweaters/hats, though, just t-shirts. The only poster I've ever purchased is from Fiona Apple's Idler Wheel tour and it is the only thing I regret losing in my last break-up.

No idea how many shows I've seen - I don't actually TK them I've probably seen Metallica the most times because I usually caught 2 shows per tour going back to the Newsted era. Although I went to a zillion Strokes and Interpol shows back in 2000-2004 in NY so it could be close Haven't bought a beer in 10+ years Never have bought a poster. Used to buy shirts but pretty rare now unless they have youth one. My favorite was a youth small MMJ one with a bear on it. |
