so apparently now we're going with Bey being a Destiny's Child reunion (even fucking BBC is currently speculating about it) so there's that.

believe who you will, but tmz already reported that there's not gonna be a destiny's child reunion at coachella. looks like it came after those tweets, too.
would be crazy if the other girls were that bad at keeping a secret that they posted on social media about it 4 months in advance when they probably would have been surprise unannounced guests if it were planned to happen.

yeah i mean i figure we'll get some special guests so a few DC songs wouldn't surprise me but also Bey just being Bey makes more sense than a full blown reunion
also wouldn't it be Bey, Kelly and Michelle? or am i botching the timeline

the other two girls were in the group before michelle, i believe. destiny's child was originally a 4 piece until michelle joined and it was slimmed down.
it seems weird to me that the original two girls would be part of a reunion but what do i know. i tend to trust tmz's report that they aren't coming out at all, though, and that guests will be more modern beyonce collaborators and jay-z.

I mean I think they cameo'd during her Super Bowl performance and did like two songs... I would totally expect that to happen but no way in hell GV or Beyonce have any reason to go full reunion.

I think Fever Ray will be the act that I'm most jealous of, but I expect she will play here in the spring or summer. I think that'll be the act that makes me hesitant to sell. I'm very nervous in an odd/dumb way. My gf is 100% selling hers and I'm pretty much right there with her, but I know there's going to be one act I'd kill for and I'm going to have to repeatedly tell myself one act isn't worth the $1000+ total expenses it'd cost to do this correctly. |
