The queuing system to get in had a group of 500 or so moving from one staging location to the next 3 or 4 times before moving into the building. I suppose if you were [] you might have enjoyed it, but it was a giant ball of nothing for me. If there is no line and you want 10 minutes of AC, go for it. Otherwise, I have to recommend against. |

yeah im the total opposite. i did it once each day when there was no line and it was fantastic. the spectacle itself was gorgeous and a really cool setup and the AC was great.
hearing an annie score to it this time should be even better. but it always depends on how my schedule shakes out.

oof but not too happy with mojave moving over to where the sahara was. i know it's going to be bigger but it was nice to have the best tent imo next to the two stages. i wonder why they're moving it if they're already moving the sahara, like that's a lot of room on that side for two tents |

given the size of that thing and the article mentioning "sahara headliners" i wonder if we get kygo closing the sahara up against abel and soulwax in the mojave. same with odezsa and post malone even though people have been putting post on the sahara as is. essentially the bigger edm acts that have been put on the outdoor and main (last year being justice, porter madeon, dj snake) now closing the sahara since it looks like it could be bigger than the outdoor.
i hope so at least.

is this ever one of those things where scalper tickets get pretty cheap right before the fest? i believe in 2016 a few boarders were able to snag em last minute and find decent flights. it's not impossible but also not a given. weekend 2 seems to the better option for that. weekend 1 always stays >$100 more expensive, i'm sad to say. still worth trying tho! |
