The Riot Fest discount for the Wurst fest is $15 for the 3 day pass, instead of $25. Pretty much the cost of a Diarrhea PLanet show at this point anyways. Code is RIOTWIENER

I hope you didn't take the Edens up there though - it's been a mess lately. I try to avoid driving whenever possible, so I took the CTA. The Oakton stop of the yellow line dropped me about two blocks from the fest. It was my first time seeing them since Karl Mueller and Tommy Stinson left the band, and I've gotta say the new guys did a fine job. A fun free show for sure, thanks Skokie! |

They do have single day tickets for that Wurst fest, $10 per day. Edit: Also, Diarrhea Planet is on Friday  |

i remember the anniversary. they were on vagrant back in the day and in the get up kids scene. i didnt know they still exist.
speed babes is a real good band name tho.

tbf doing a street fest with $25 tix when every other street fest this year is free/suggested donation was kinda dumb. oh i completely agree - not sure what they were thinking with this thing. i entered 2 contests and won 2 passes in both of them. a handful of friends won some as well so i have pretty limited use for mine. one pair is will call/guest list, but the other should be coming thru e-mail so those should be transferable. |
