Tremendous album - Tony is arguably the greatest acoustic guitarist and his interpretations of Gord's songs here are magical.

New Indigo de Souza is good again, maybe not quite as good as the last album, but still enjoyable. Yeah this is really good - I liked it a lot more than her last record, upon first listen. Feels like it has a lot more energy to it, tho maybe I'm misremembering?

More artists should do this outside of like metal and stuff. Bring back the Boston spaceship!

co-signing all the love for Jessie Ware album I gave her new one a spin. Had never listened to anything by her before, and I, as well, really enjoyed it.

Extremely interesting album. Not at all what I figured it might be like. It is more Eno than Fred Again if that moves any needles for ya

NYT had a terrific article this morning about Connie Converse, whom I had never heard of previously. The collection of songs available on Spotify is terrific. Reading about her life and disappearance and it just seems like a ready made story for a biopic.

It's amazing to me how there's always incredible music out there that I just haven't heard yet. Today that was Morphine - Cure for Pain, the title track of which I heard in an episode of Beef on Friday and have been obsessed with since. Whole album feels like it would slot in perfectly next to Kiko and the Lavender Moon, as a sort of hazy, lounge-act alt-rock double feature.

i don't dislike the national's new album as much as i thought i would based on what i'd read. it's not going into my top tier of their albums, but there's some good stuff there. i followed that with the new jessie ware, which i really enjoyed on the first listen.

This was pretty good, worth the hype (Overmono - Good Lies) These guys were dope at Coachella. I let a friend talk me into seeing them and he was right- reminded me a lot of Bicep, some parts of Disclosure too. Good stuff. Listening to this Caroline Rose album now that came out months ago. Short week. I listened to the Madison McFerrin album but got interrupted- what I heard of it was good

Okay so this took 4 days to get through 199 songs and overall I think this is the coolest thing DeMarco has done since giving out his home address in Another One. The obvious standout song is 20190724 aka "Garbage Funk" but it was definitely an experience going through the transitional process from his "Salad Days" sound to today's "Five Easy Hot Dogs" sound. For the most part, the P4K review hits the nail on the head in that it's mostly background music while you're working, etc. If you break down tracks by year, it's manageable.
