Given the lack of West Coast dates on today's announcement, I'd say Deerhunter's probably gonna be on that lineup.
nvm, that lone LA date in january rules them out.

Gambino keeps cancelling dates too so I'm not convinced he'll be on the lineup when all is said and done.

People seem to be throwing around Pearl Jam as an option. Doesn't seem to have any basis but that would be awesome for me, I've never seen them live. I'm ok with missing JT and Gambino ...

gambino could still pull it off but the JT thing is VERY weird. even if all 3 headliner rumors turned out to be false im not sure who they could book that would really get me excited at this point. like you'd have to pull off Rihanna, PJ, and the Stones for me to feel #hype for a lineup the year after Beyonce plays |

I feel like Kanye's set would be a Kanye and friends set for sure.
Pearl Jam would be nutso but I can't see them doing that in 2019
How Rihanna hasn't played this fest yet is beyond me

I'm not really that sure he was ever 'in'. Would he reschedule his dates if he knew it would cancel his Coachella headlining gig? I can imagine that might cause some serious contractual issues with AEG. I know there is a lot of politics and money in this with conflicting LiveNation and AEG shows though, but it doesn't really make sense to me.
Either way...Sir Paul has a nice Coachella sized gap in his touring schedule...he's playing Southern Cal in June/July but for Sir Paul I'm not sure how strong the radius clause is.

Also, it is kinda exciting not knowing who our headliners are right now. Normally by this stage we're pretty confident, but right now we have just lost one of the headliners, Gambino is 50/50, and someone on the Coachella boards (who has apparently been correct on info before) is saying Kanye is out.
So we could know 2 headliners, or we could know none. This is more fun than usual.
