Did you grab Williams too? I would if you have space, just in case

Someone bid pretty high for him, too. Didn't have the budget for both.

They've lost a ton of players from that team and the ones they still have aren't really the same, so I don't know how valid of a comparison that is.

It's basically like saying the Broncos played a bulk of that season without a good QB and still won the Super Bowl, so they could totally do that same in 2017.

It's just some interesting debate points. A lot of folks are freaking out over it, but I don't believe it's going to have a big impact and tend to agree with the writer's perspectives.
I don't think Cam is very different from 2015, but the play-calling most certainly is. They seem determined to keep him from running much. He was battered to hell and back last year, but he's had some monster games this year. A lot of folks are like fuck Cam Newton, he's washed up. I don't think he's even close. Also, we still have the best LB duo in the league (fight me) and Greg Olsen is coming back. Our WRs and safeties are quite different, though.
I don't know, man... I'm starting to glare at Ron Rivera pretty hard. He's not so riverboat these days. Mike Shula, too. Fucking coaches.

Brock Osweiler has been named the starting QB for this week's game vs. Philadelphia. That should be "entertaining". Speculation in Denver is that the Broncos coaching staff doesn't want to debut Lynch this season against a murderers row of defenses, so they elected to go with Brock. Solid endorsement. Great, now I feel a little bad for Brock.

Deshaun Watson might have torn his ACL and be out for the season

I feel bad for him. Was having such a great season. I also feel bad 'cause I traded for the guy-who-had-Watson's backup QB in one of my leagues. He just picked Jimmy G.

Terrible. Texans became a fun team to watch. Now they'll suck for the rest of the year.

The Lions didn't punt last night and Stafford looked fantastic Packers DEF is mediocre at best, so it's easier to look good against them, but there's no denying that was a very nice performance. Wish I could say the same for Abdullah. :/

This shit blows my mind. I can barely get off the couch to take the garbage out when I'm high/drunk, let alone play an entire football game.

Elliott is finally suspended after his latest motion for an injunction was denied. His appeal is supposed to be expedited. Not sure what that means in terms of timing, but at a minimum he's definitely not playing this weekend.

I'd be surprised if they made a move before the end of the season.

I'd be surprised if they made a move before the end of the season. Could go either way, but I'd rather them just get it over with if they're gonna fire him anyway. Ben Mcadoo is almost certainly out of a job tomorrow

That's a different level of bad, though. I don't get the impression that the team has given up on Fox.

What I DO see happening is Pace asking Fangio what he thinks and whether now or the end of the season, if he'd consider staying on board as DC/Assistant Head Coach. Basically, what they did last time except not hiring Trestman.
