There was a real chance of Pace getting canned after the season. Any new GM coming in would be allowed to pick his own HC if he wanted a change. Not saying it was a slam dunk, but if Pace got fired it's possible Nagy could have lost his job as well.
It's a moot point now. Even if they finish 7-9 or 8-8 everyone's jobs should be safe for another year.

I didn't watch any of that game but I'm pretty pleased with the result. Pats had their dynasty, and Tom Brady is greatest QB of all time but their time is over.

Bears need to bring someone in to compete with Mitch next year. Titans have written the blueprint on what to do when you have a shaky QB situation but your team is built for contention.
