I've watched very little so far, but pretty sure my favorite thing to see in the playoffs is Lance Stephenson harassing Lebron. If you enjoyed that I hope you're watching the Rajon/Draymond matchup

Bucks are interviewing San Antonio assistant Becky Hammon for their vacant head coaching job. Amazing.

I don't think she'll get it (she's technically regarded as San Antonio's fourth assistant right now), but I've been a fan ever since I saw her coach the Spurs during the Utah Summer League a few years ago. It's nice that her name is being thrown into the pool because it seems like it's always the same 10 or so people who get interviews for every new head coaching opening. I've always imagined that she would be Pop's successor whenever he decides to retire. Pop giving her the endorsement and sort of anointing her would help with any potential push-back from old school thinkers, and he's consistently one of the most openly progressive coaches in the league.
I still think Budenholzer gets the Milwaukee job, unless some other potentially more desirable seat opens up for him (maybe Toronto?). He's easily regarded as the best available coach right now.
I also think the Fizdale hire was great for New York and think that makes them a dark horse of sorts for big stars like Lebron.

That makes sense. I'm not sure Toronto is more appealing than Milwaukee though. That team had so much talent and they're moving into a new arena. Eventually Wisconsin will care about something other than football

the last 30 seconds of the 4th quarter of this sixers celtics game is insane.
now it's going to overtime, but since they thought the sixers won they let the confetti go and it's still falling. so they have to wait for it to stop and to clean it before overtime can happen. lmao

It's pretty close. But I give Toronto the edge because they have so many good young guys still on their rookie deals (Wright, Poeltl, Siakam, OG, FVV), so there is more flexibility to sort of mold the roster into whatever you want it to be. Plus, their owner/GM seem more than willing to pay the luxury tax.
Who is Milwaukee's best young prospect? Thon Maker? DJ Wilson? Not exactly inspiring. The Jabari decision is going to be really tough this summer as well, and that one seems like a bit of a lose-lose predicament. Still, they do have Giannis.

If Lebron can win a title with this Cavs team then I think he surpasses MJ as the best player of all time.

They do have last year's rookie of the year... too bad he's like 25

It was fun to imagine Drake and Meek Mill court side for the Eastern Conference Finals but of course LeBron and Brad Stevens had to ruin it

Seems like a good move for both parties (especially if Toronto is able to bring in a guy like Clifford or Budenholzer). Sometimes these relationships just kind of run their course, you know?

I'm a pretty big believer in Budenholzer. I think that Atlanta team he led to the #1 seed a few years ago was far less talented than this Toronto team.

What a waste of a season.

Doncic and Ayton seem like a lock to go 1 and 2, though the order seems to be up in the air at this point. I think Phoenix and Sacramento will value those picks and Sacramento will likely just keep the pick and take whoever Phoenix doesn't. But I've been trying to figure out if it's feasible for the Bulls to package #7 and #22 in order to move up to take one of the bigs that theoretically make sense next to Lauri (Bagley, Jackson, Bamba).
Atlanta would actually be smart to move down because none of the aforementioned guys seems like a fit alongside John Collins, unless they're not as high on Collins as I am. But they already have 3 first round picks this year (3, 19, 30) so it probably doesn't make sense for them to add another pick.
Memphis at #4 would be a potential partner as well, but if they were smart they'd just embrace the rebuild and draft Gasol's replacement in that spot. That said, Memphis is not smart. So maybe?

That's exactly what I'm hoping for. Wouldn't be the first time Gar has traded two firsts in order to move up too. In 2014, he traded #16 (Jusuf Nurkic) and #19 (Gary Harris) to move up to #11 to draft McDermott. Hopefully it works out better this time around.
