I think the bottle stocks Krombacher as their n/a beer which I'd avoid at all costs. The lagunitas hoppy refresher is a way better pick. loved the hoppy refresher when pregnant. heineken zero was putrid. the whole n/a beer scene has changed a lot in the four years since then, so i might try out some of the newer ones this year.

Heineken 0.0 is good in the sense that it's a dead-on facsimile for the real thing. Problem is the real thing sucks rank asshole.
Best n/a macro imo is Guinness 0

also athletic is good but avoid their light beer. Basically drinking water at that point. Their normal golden is 45 calories. That's healthy enough imo.

N/A beer has gotten really good fwiw. If you can find untitled art I'd recommend wholeheartedly. Sierra Nevada has a good option as well. Fremont is good if you're looking for more of a hop water. Agreed they've improved N/A options pretty significantly.

will also make a plug for the combo of Ghia and Vichy Catalan. I got a bottle of ghia for my birthday after avoiding it because I thought the price was outrageous and it seemed like a well marketed fraud product. I ended up liking it quite a bit and have bought a few bottles since. Vichy Catalan is just a good water for spritzes in general due to its somewhat psychotic sodium content. It's not the easiest to find but if you're ever at diversey wine they do carry it.

Hoplark is the best N/A option by a longshot - not sure how available it is outside Colorado, but you can get it shipped.

I haven’t dabbled in N/A beers for a couple of years. I was drinking Athletic pretty regularly for a few months and I really began to hate it to the point where I can’t drink it anymore.

also athletic is good but avoid their light beer. Basically drinking water at that point. Their normal golden is 45 calories. That's healthy enough imo. Went by the store today and grabbed some hop water I liked from a local brewery, but looked kind of long and hard at the Athletic Hazy IPA. It was 70 calories, which I guess is fine for one or two at a time. Didn't pull the trigger but I might next time said hop water is called Hopspring by St Arnolds and it's fantastic but I think you can only get it around here

Run Wild IPA Corona 0 O'Douls (I'm a Bud man so uhhh take that ranking for what it's worth)
Probably some other ones I'm forgetting but those are the easily findable ones by me I've been going through. I would say I drink more Sparkling Ice/seltzer water at this point than NA beers tho

I found some of the Untitled Art NAs but they are a little too sweet so I'm trying Go Brewing, they have a mixed pack on Amazon thats got solid reviews.

I’m participating as well. Needed a break after the holidays for all of the obvious reasons. It’s gone well so far, and I’ve exercised more.

I bought some of those Athletic Golden Ales and that's honestly helped on some nights that I craved a beer, like last night with it being cold out. Though my partner said she feels like it ruins the point, which to an extent I did spend $10 on that 6 pack and part of this was to save money for the month, but I'm drinking them much slower than a regular six pack and 45 calories a drink isnt bad at all

Not sure how it ruins the point. The point is not to have alcohol.

I've made it this far, but I have a work conference next week and it's in Florida so basically there's no way I make it through the entire month.

I’m shocked I’ve had zero temptation so far. Especially since I’m dieting too. Binnys had a nice sale Saturday so I stocked up on a ton of wine for next month

I’ve definitely felt tempted, especially when we went out for dinner in the neighborhood last weekend. This month has also been more boring than most, which probably doesn’t help.
