I thought that was a great first episode, and as uv stated that cold opening was killer.

Decent episode. Ed Sheeran part made me fucking gag and also I feel as if Arya got focus tested out of going full-on emotionless cutthroat killer. I'm past the point where I want her to be humanized, and that's certainly not where I feel like we left her off before.
Cold open was good... obvious, but good. But, like, I'm not going to say it was amazing or anything.
The show is definitely not in the bad place it once was but this episode didn't excite me all that much. I'm scared that the political maneuverings are through and we're just going to be having big fights with obvious goals going forward. I hope I'm wrong but the cunning/conniving nature of the political games seems like it was wiped out alongside Margaery and High Sparrow. Everything seems so set in place on most fronts that it feels like this could be the final season... which means I'm assuming that something big is going to shake it all up soon.

Well they have that Sansa and Jon riff going and I'm sure that Jamie will betray Cersei at some point too.
Dragonglass under dragonstone is so fucking dumb too.
Also, scores are up for the league.
