I feel Arya's character is just weird at this point to me, though. I'm not the biggest fan of what they've done with her and I don't think she's all that well defined characteristically. She used to be one of my favs but now there's a serious disconnect. It feels as if they're super non-committal.

I love her character and her with Nymeria last night was my favorite scene besides the Dany roundtable. She's a teenager alone trying to find herself and realize what type of person she is and wants to be. This is a much better way to illustrate it than the dumb faceless man plot.

Also any thoughts on where Theon even goes at this point? Would be pretty upset if his "redemption" is eventually killing Euron towards the end of this

Yeah it'd be cliche butbl with GoT you never know. We also really need shit to pop off at Kings Landing since that's whete all my characters are. Oh and Brienna who has had like two lines.

I'm good with Arya as long as she gets back to killing large numbers of people racking up points for my squad. Or even just a queen slaying in the next few weeks would be huge.
I swapped out Jorah for Nymeria because the pundits were saying she was a sneaky week 2 play. Didn't work out so I went back to Jorah this morning since it looks like he's coming off IR, but I do think Nymeria is going to have a week where she goes straight beast mode.

i think im mostly upset that Euron couldn't at least fucking wait until we let the unnecessary Ellaria/Yara bit play out.
would've been fair compensation for the Greyworm scene of "well nothing's gonna happen here."

Was an okay episode. The Jorah/Sam stuff was nauseating but entertaining. Ending battle was good, but I feel slightly let down by Euron's "gift" choice. Hopefully (and assuming) there's more to it.

I'm very interested to see what happens with Sansa and Littlefinger now that Jon is leaving...I'm sure nothing good will come of it, because either Sansa will screw everything up or Baelish will make a rash move for power just to spite Jon Snow.
Either way, I don't think Arya will be happy when she finally returns to Winterfell.

protip: you need to wait until the scores are posted to add/drop a player or else you won't get points from the previous night. I added Nymeria the wolf for Jorah yesterday afternoon, then switched back this morning because it looks like Jorah has big things coming, but that caused me to miss out on Nymeria's 25 spot. I deserve that because I should have believed in Nymeria's greatness going forward

Made me laugh like if Pacey from Dawson’s Creek had an older brother who was way into Staind at one point but now denies itDeadspin called him a Mastodon album brought to life and set loose on the open water which is also pretty accurate for last night. Also "Bloodlust Wario". |

the nymeria bit was fun after falco eric and i talked about it saturday. Absolutely, and surely there's no way a production company would keep an actress on the payroll for several seasons merely to feature in a solitary episode. |
