i thought last nights was a pretty good episode, with a lot more humor that I appreciated a lot. I feel like this one really didn't have a bad/slow spot. The Jon/Dany meeting was done really well with solid dialogue and the aforementioned humor breaking up some of the seriousness. Cersei's revenge was great, truly despicable. Despite being the least intimidating of the villains, I found Euron to be pretty funny last night too, just like last week. The battle at the end was quick and slightly wonky, but had some good violence.
Ending was perfect. So yeah, pretty much a great episode. I think I've only seen my league team characters once so far this season.

yeah last night was my favorite of the 3 this year so far.
olenna just chugging the poison and telling Jaime who killed Joffrey was so satisfying -- since you know Olenna was doomed after the rest of the Tyrells blew up in S6 anyway.

Just watched the new episode and OH MY GOD. That was one of the best episodes in the series' history, and the best GoT has been in years. Astounding. Every scene was A+, had me gripped from beginning to end. I was grinning so hard throughout all of it. Masterful. Superlative.

Eh, the editing of this season, and that episode in particular was pretty sub par. The chronology of events and movement of characters is really starting to creak, now that they're off book. Really wish they had just stuck to ten episode seasons for the last two.
Dialogue was definitely on point this episode though. And that shot of Olenna on her balcony was gorgeous.
Oh, and someone should do something about how they replaced Bran's actor with a literal robot.

I thought the episode was quite engrossing. It went by in a blink.
The Lannisters must be feeling pretty good about themselves right about now.
I think my man Jorah might stumble upon some juicy intel on his way back to his Khaleesi that will help tip the scales a bit.
Totally agree with Xam: what the hell is up with Bran?

I feel like Bran makes sense. He'll never really be in the moment again since he has so much going on in his head. He'll always kind of be somewhere else and will come off distant in person as a result.
