I feel like two guys and a DJ rig subbing Perry's and playing all over the place probably make more than five guys and a full band setup, yes.
Pendulum could absolutely not headline the North stage. I'm not sure that anyone I know IRL outside of the board knows who they are. But a lot of people know who Knife Party are.

OMG!!! So ABBA is like a top-tier bucket-list band for me, so even if their proposed tour is "digital" I'm still amped that this increases the chances of a real tour dramatically

Didn’t seem to be a big deal here tho. yeah i might be confounding euro crowds with their appeal here. still a big deal in that realm of music tho. not sure I'd recommend them to people here. I'm not even a huge fan but they did some cool shit in their time |

Yeah, same here. They're huge in Australia so I guess I'm kinda going by that. Still maintain they'd be second line at Coachella, especially after 8 years off.

Would definitely pay to see Pendulum live (was impossible to get anywhere close to the tent where they were playing back at Pukkelpop in 2010) And the (formerly but at times nostalgy-proned) pop crap fan Sick2B would pay even more to see Abba live  |

if i remember correctly, they still owe their record company an album which is why they're doing the remix album as someone who saw "Pendulum (dj set)" at edc, i'm really excited for every festival i usually go to, to not book "Pendulum (live)" i feel like there's probably some animosity in the band considering knife party and Pendulum (dj set) were booked for edc 2016, and the knife party guys didn't show up for the pendulum (dj set) at all |

They're not broken up, but with Ameer Vann's removal from Brockhampton it marks an interesting time for the group. I could see this as jumping off point for some of these guys to do solo stuff.

welp apparently As I Lay Dying are officially getting the original lineup to reunite, which includes the asshat who put a hit out on his wife and then blamed it on the steroids.
i hate the metal scene.

He also filed a lawsuit against his doctors for the juice he was taking that led to developing man boobs. The metal community is pretty forgiving but that seems to be a bridge too far in terms of street cred
