yesterday i went to the mets/rangers game, which once again puts me at a full set having attended a game in every current MLB ballpark. i am preemptively mad at the a's for the chaos they will bring to me accomplishing that feat over the next several years. Did you see the mariachi band cover “Higher”? (I think that was at yesterday’s game.) Also, now that you’ve been to all the ballparks: any favorites/highlights? Best/worst food? Best/worst experience? Best/worst fans? Etc., etc. the mariachi band was at monday's game. i didn't notice anything special on tuesday. my personal rankings aren't very different than most lists. i love pnc park. my favorite seat in the majors is lower level on the third-base line there, especially for an evening game. NL west has 4 ballparks that are in my top 10 with arizona as the odd one out. oakland and tampa are at the bottom. compared to others, i probably rank milwaukee a little higher and baltimore a little lower. i don't eat meat, so i'm not the best person to ask about ballpark food. but i've had very good food in san diego, san francisco, and seattle. i think tampa's food selection was wildly boring. that was several years ago. maybe it has improved. best experiences are probably at pnc park. i went to college near there and have a ton of solid memories of going to games with friends. a double no-hitter into the 7th at citi field in 2014 is also way up there as a great experience. worst single experience was a mets/tigers game when the mets got thumped and i dealt with many abusive tigers fans. but other games i've attended there have been fine. worst fans were the aforementioned tigers fans. some mets fans are absolutely obnoxious on the road and i have distanced myself from them plenty of times. but i obviously enjoy a good mets home game and i actually think phillies fans are great too, even though i haven't been in that ballpark in many years while they've actually been very good.

I got hit by a foul ball at an Orioles v. Tigers game at Camden Yards. Could see the stitches in the bruise. Kid next to me got the ball. Highly recommend that park.

I went to a game at Camden Yards in the mid-90s and bought a beer from the “robo vendor” who invented a beer can opening contraption that opened two beers at once with like a modified kitchen can opener, allowing him to sell more beers than other beer guys walking the aisles.

I had been feeling very good about avoiding the “Hey! We’re in contention for a wild card spot so send us your $$$ if you don’t want to miss out on postseason tickets, suckers!” email this year.

Fedde to STL. Hopefully the return is decent since he is legit excellent.
We're going to lose 40 straight

3 team deal, Dodgers get Kopech and only known return for the Sox right now is Miguel Vargas.
Prospects are coming back from both teams.
Imagine starting the day on the Dodgers and then you're shipped off to the White Sox. Woof.

Pham is going to STL, too. This is a very slow rollout for trade details.
"Prospects Jeral Perez, Alexander Albertus and Noah Miller are headed from L.A. to Chicago in the deal, per Nightengale. Meanwhile, FanSided’s Robert Murray reports that outfielder Tommy Pham is headed back to St. Louis in the trade."

Welp none of the guys the Sox are getting back from the Dodgers are top-15 prospects within their org. All infielders in A or A+. Dodgers have a deep farm system, but write-ups sure sound like they'll end up being utility guys are best.
EDIT: Miller is apparently not even in the trade, and he probably had the most upside.

I really like Miguel Vargas. Dude rakes in the minors but just can't get consistent playing time on a stacked Dodgers team.

Sounds like an underwhelming return, although I guess time will tell. Fedde was a great signing but given the cost and control I feel like they should have been able to get a legit top 100 prospect back for him alone.

If that's the market for starting pitching Taillon is going nowhere.

Eloy's tenure was representative of this era of White Sox baseball as a whole. So much promise that was never realized.

I think his demands cratered his trade value. Still cheap with two full years of control after this year. They should have the opportunity to trade him in the off-season barring another injury.
