There's a drive-in movie theater playing Black Panther/Infinity War/Super Troopers 2 (okay?) back-to-back-to-back. That doesn't sound like a very pleasant use of a day, but cool.

My spoiler-free review is that it is both the most fan-servicey and the most-comic-bookie MCU film made. If you want both of those things it is pretty good

Honestly feel like I need to see it again before I can have any sort of valid critical opinion on it. It was so exciting and fast paced and constantly making me giddy that I couldn't even stop to like think critically on it which honestly is probably a good thing for a movie like this and how it should be. And I am seeing it again tomorrow

definitely run to the bathroom right before it starts and also only get a small drink if you need one.
it's probably 150 minutes long and almost every minute has something notable going on. very very packed (in a good way) film.

JFC. Incredible. No spoilers but the way they adapted it from the comics was great. Challenges Winter Soldier for me.
Only a few bit pieces I did NOT care for but overall just a great fucking epic. I wanna see it again.
And Josh Brolin is phenomenal as Thanos. I thought he'd ham it up but nope. Best MCU villian to date.

Sorry! I know some of us are done with these kinds of movies and I'll agree it was an exhausting movie. But I'm very happy with the result. It's obviously not a direct adaption of the Infinity Gauntlet but with what they had they pulled it off well.
I've never seen Mrs. Timbo leave a theater so angry. We've rarely spent the entire drive home discussing a movie.

to my left was a child who asked his mom "what does that mean?" six or seven times. to my friend's right was a grown man crying when the credits rolled.
i'm not way into these movies, but this was fun and moved things along well. maybe too much as some reviews said, though it worked for me.
