It was just announced that Hamilton is returning to Denver Aug 2020 and I'm already anxious about acquiring tickets. Hopefully I have better luck this time.

This thread being bumped made me think to check what the touring Broadway schedule for here is this year and the only one I see that looks interesting is The Play That Goes Wrong. Is that one fun?
I'd like to make it out to one in NYC this year again. I've really enjoyed every big play I've been to, I want to go to more

To Kill a Mockingbird apparently runs through November though, might get a chance to see that one

This got pretty good reviews when it was here in Chicago, I didn't see it though I get to see "How to Catch Creation" tonight so that will hopefully be fun

The past couple chicago premiers ive seen at major theaters have been pretty weak and make me slighly hesitant

Probably the best show I've seen at Goodman honestly. Very funny. Very authentic. Good twists. Having some knowledge of black feminist theory is a plus since that's a big center point of the story but not necessary. If you have taste, you'd like it

I saw A Midsummer Nights Dream at the Shakespeare theater over the holidays and it was very bad. Had a couple washed up tv actors in it.

This one deserved it though. 2 of the actors should be nominated for JEFF awards imho

Saw The Play That Goes Wrong over the weekend. It was silly and slapstick and I laughed nearly non-stop.

I really liked The Children at Steppenwolf. I've seen a bunch of not as great plays recently but that was a good one that bears mention.

If I regularly saw shows at Steppenwolf I think I would eat at Balena soo often Well lucky for you it's been closed for 2 years now. Dawali is moving too. Uncle Julio's and Steppenwolf is now the dignified night at the theater
