this morning, during a live cumberland blues on tales from the golden road on the grateful dead channel on sirius xm, the 6th month free sirius xm subscription on our new car, ended.
so it's back to xrt for any future dead fix, but mainly back to q101 for alternative rock.

ive had success calling sirius and getting them down to a lower rate (i think im paying $35/6 mo) currently. well worth it, imo. you just need to remind yourself to call back when the 6 months is coming close to an end.

If anyone wants the 1990 "So Glad You Made It" vinyl box set, there's a pricing error on Amazon.ca right now that will let you get it for $39. It retails for over $100 and there is not one available on Discogs under $150. You just go through and select the cheapest shipping option and on the final checkout page, your final total is less than $40 USD. Sometimes these wild slip-ups result in cancelled orders, but not always. This is supposed to ship 2/22. Insane deal, I bought one. |

I’ve gotten out of print blu rays from amazon for $4 before due to pricing errors. I’d be surprised if this didn’t go through.

When the 808s reissue was incorrectly priced at $8 they cancelled everyone’s order unless you called and complained repeatedly

I was trying to explain shakedown to my friend who has never listened to a jam band before and I told him how there would likely be some shakedown stuff set up for JRAD in town this weekend and he asked “So you just, like, count on these people showing up for this? At every show? Is it a regional thing?”
It was kinda funny and he still doesn’t get it but I may be making my friend go to a JRAD show if we can get reaaaaallly cheap tickets
