Welp, Beetlejuice ruled on the big screen last night. Was probably actually "scarier" than a third of the movies I ended up counting, and I'm over 31 anyway, so I'll put it on my list just to post the awesome poster.  36. I was planning on writing these later today (show day for me today), but I've got some time now. Thanks for the suggestions, hubbins.
Number of films you watched: 37
Favorite first-time view: This has gotta go to As Above, So Below for me. I was hesitating and wanted to give it to The Loved Ones for the BEAST of a third act, whereas I think As Above's third act suffers...but the former was just the most fun I had watching something new this month.
Favorite rediscovery: A Nightmare on Elm Street 2: Freddy's Revenge. I say this every time I see the movie...I remember it as a bad one, but it isn't! Its all over the place but this is Freddy at his scariest I think.
Best Villain / Killer / Scary Thing: The butthead in Society
Least deserving survivor: I'll take this opportunity to recognize Hellraiser and say Frank Cotton - although he does eventually die, he is the least deserving of his initial survival.
Movie you already forgot everything about: Jeepers Creepers
Castle Freak Award: A toss-up between Castle Freak and Interview with the Vampire, but in the end I think I've gotta give it to Castle Freak.
Movie from your list that you'd recommend to Jimmy Buffett: Triangle, because it has all of the boats, but also the horrors of shipwreck.

Number of movies: 31, or 32 if you count Rocky Horror, which I went to a screening of for the first time
Favorite first time view: Audition. I liked it right away but it's settled with me even better. Runner up is Eyes Without a Face, which is lovely and disturbing at once.
Favorite rewatch: I only had one, Night of the Living Dead. But it probably would have won even if I had watched more
Movie I already forgot everything about: Satan's Slaves
Best villain: Feel like giving this to Pinhead from Hellraiser. The guy from Wolf Creek's pretty good too and Nosferatu, both versions, is classic
Horniest: Really tough call with Trouble Every Day, Ganja & Hess, Castle Freak, Hellraiser and The Howling all making very strong cases. Gotta give it to Nosferatu for being so horny that he forgets about the one thing that will kill him
