I thought that Momotaro was pretty dang good. Maybe slightly overpriced, yeah, but the food was good and I left stuffed for less than I was expecting to spend overall.

lots of good eats from this weekend --
went to the new Yolk in wicker park on saturday morning for the chicken and waffles. pretty much the same menu as the others and it was relatively empty so no wait.
DMK bison bbq burger saturday night after dfa hit the spot. (never actually been inside DMK before, only catering or grubhub)
chilaquiles at the Delta, which is the tamale place that replaced the Monarch on north ave, on sunday morning was fantastic. cocktails were 10/10 as well.
ended up getting free beef medallions and bacon wrapped shrimp at Mccormick and Shmick's downtown after shooting on sunday night cause it's veteran's appreciation week so the s/o gets deals everywhere apparently.
basically all really tasty and totally against any semblance of diet i had been maintaining all of october

i assume he means Bite Cafe, which is the same concept as Dusek's is to Thalia or this place will be to Schuba's.
this is a really weird thing to take this kinda vocal umbrage with but you guys do you. imma have all the marrow.

And I'm sure you've paid ~$15 for burgers of varying quality at some point. Regardless, I'm on board for a mushroom french dip and a mahi sandwich before that Snail Mail/Ratboys/Stef Chura show in January.
Zach can't come.
