My timeline is reminding me that it was pretty snowy and cold 4 years ago, and the kids still did plenty of trick or treating. At least our kids did, we'll still probably only get like 5 kids at our house

At least our kids did, we'll still probably only get like 5 kids at our house it was, but that was before i had a kid and felt obligated to go out in it. i was actually looking forward to trick or treating this year because last year was a good time, as many adults take it as an opportunity to party in the street. |

i figure weather will cut down on people staying out a long time tonight. i don't expect repeats of the kid whose parents had bizarre routing and ended up at our house 3 times two years ago. but i still expect the neighborhood kids to be out. so we probably have plenty of candy this year.

just stood outside for an hour for my daughter's daycare trick-or-treating parade and my feet are so painful. granted i have raynaud's but that's ridic for halloween.

We got 7 inches of snow over the weekend and it was 13 degrees this morning. Thankfully will be back in the 60s by this weekend.

I'm driving up to the mountains tonight for a weekend trip and it's supposed to snow up to 3 feet in certain areas. I think we're going to be just south of the storm when we're driving, thankfully. Bonus is a powder day at Breck tomorrow  |
