As we head into the new decade, share some of your favorite board memories. Online, offline, and everything in between.
To start, I'd like to mention the time scoots told us about his parents flying southwest for the first time that turned into a multiple page/hour conversation culminating in bitteorca(rip x2) casually mentioning the time he threw a child on the floor of an aircraft.

Aside from Krampus I have 2 distinct board memories this year
1. Clowning claypoolfan for checking a coat at Robyn (ft. Avb)
2. My blind date for bob dylan/game 7 of the World Series and pale hose for giving me redemption for being a chump the last time I saw Dylan
I’m sure the best board memory is when I give a shot at running create-a-fest, coming 1-2-20

My real life interaction favorites are all over the place but the saga of rango getting his gf into pitchfork plus was one of the funnier things I’ve seen this year, largely because it ended with his smiling face peaking at me over the barrier. The board dance party at Ari’s Lolla set was also a good one, made me feel like a dangerous woman for sure.

Favorite board moment in person was at the 100 gecs show. During a slow song, for some reason people opened a big pit at the back of the venue. After a few seconds, rango420 walks in the middle of it and was dancing all by himself. The video of it was great, ask him to see it some time |

Going through those old posts reminded me what a great boarder facts is/was. Sadly, it looks like he has left us. If we had an in memoriam segment like an awards show for boarders we lost in 2019 I would vote for his avi to be last. |

That plane conversation reminds me that my dogs have always been very well behaved on planes. I leave them in their carriers and under the seat, though.

I actually met wanny once, a few years back.
I got roped into watching my 3 month old niece while my sister got her hair done. So when there i am, sitting in the waiting area of a hair salon with my niece and who walks in but wanny.
I was nervous as fuck, and just kept looking at him, as he read a magazine and waited, but didn't know what to say. Pretty soon though my niece started crying, and I'm trying to quiet her down because I didn't want her to bother wanny, but she wouldn't stop. Pretty soon he gets up and walks over. He started running his hands through her hair and asking what was wrong. I replied that she was probably hungry or something. So, wanny put down his magazine, picked up my niece and lifted his shirt. He breast fed her right there in the middle of a hair salon. Chill guy, really nice about it

Meeting a lot of y'all at Pitchfork was awesome. Was my first time at the fest and my friend bailed so I was riding solo, and massively appreciated you guys taking me into the fold. Were all so nice and fun, cant wait to see you all again soon!
