In a "the world is small" moment, a friend I had invited to my wedding that lives across the country in California, had met him in a training program for work, asked me if he could have a +1 to my wedding. I said sure, and he said her name which reminded me of my former neighbor (who I liked, she was cool). Today, former neighbor messages me on instagram to tell me that she is, in fact, the +1 and met my buddy when they were both visiting Colorado and she had just found out I was the groom of the wedding he invited her to. wild stuff
