"Feet on the ground, head in the sky It's ok I know nothing's wrong, nothing"
Or
"And you love me till my heart stops Love me till I'm dead"
But like, I'm fairly attached/engaged so that's what has the most meaning to me. I'd get the second one on my upper left arm, since that rests right where my heart is and is better than the idea of a chest tattoo to me. I'm also a sappy piece of shit so YMMV

Just got an e-mail for a free Uber ride up to $10 during the Crosstown Classic. Looks like anyone can use it as long as you're in the time window, they didn't say you had to be near either park:
One free ride, up to $10: Use code MLCROSSTOWN
By entering code, you are agreeing that you are 21+ years of age. Valid from 3pm-8pm on July 24; 3pm-8pm on July 25; 9pm on July 26 - 2am on July 27; and 9pm on July 27 - 2am on July 28. Free rides on a first-come, first-served basis for first 5,000 applies.

As I was leaving a venue after a show last night, I removed my Dubs and realized that one of the plugs had become separated and stuck in my right ear. Thankfully there was a Walgreens nearby where I could buy some tweezers - took me several minutes to remove the plug from my ear. Clearly won't be recommending these ear plugs anymore.

Went to a pretty important work dinner last night at a VPs house and had to hold my tongue as the conversation became about Milennials being snowflakes and my co-workers husband going on a drunk rant about there only bring two genders.

My wife and I quit going to her office parties because of both of those reasons. Most of her former (thank god!) co-workers were evangelical conservatives and total embarassing drunken hypocrites.
EDIT: Just wanted to tell a short story that was the final straw: Her supervisor was really drunk and told me that her minister told her that all Democrats will burn in hell because they allow their children to be molested.

I put a Nintendo Switch and the new Zelda game on our baby registry because we get 15% off anything that's not purchased for us after the due date. Also just in case anyone randomly wants to buy it for the baby.

I shaved my head for the first time ever. I look like a sack of shit but boy is it comfortable. My bf almost went for it (in the end, just cut his hair much shorter and shaved his beard). He likes it because it is comfortable, but also realises that he doesn't look like he thought he would (namely like the last time I had that facial and capillary hair configuration.. and 20 pounds less on the scale). So he is growing his beard and hair again, and Sick2B (fond of the said beard and slightly longer hair) is happy

I'm curious, has anyone else here officiated wedding ceremonies? I've got my second coming up in two weeks, and I'm working on the script today. It's always interesting to see where each party ascribes to and eschews tradition.

Heh. My first was under 15 minutes, beginning to end, and everyone raved about the length specifically.

I need a good time killing website where I can read stories or funny things or interesting things or something. and text only, no pictures, and not overly NSFW. a good subreddit that fits that would do, or just a website. really pretty broad here. My trip for work this week got cancelled and I'm going crazy with the boredom
