Would be cool if Sarah Shook and Semiratruth (and I guess Gabacho?) were on the same day.

So bizarre that we have no lineup for Taste Of Randolph yet or any of the city sponsored fests or concert series

Not sure what "soon" means given the dates are 5 weeks out but it def seems like Taste of Randolph is still happening.

Check out my boy Hayes Carll if you go to that one when I first used to go to fitzgerald's in berwyn at the very end of the 1980s in order to see joe ely on back to back friday and saturday nights, joe had semi-twang open. later on, he had spooner open, which was butch vig's band before he got famous playing in garbage and producing nirvana. still later on, it was the now late greg trooper as an opening act. Finally, by August 2005, for the better half's first joe ely show at fitzgerald's, joe had moved on to having hayes carll open. yet another [to me, tedious] act one had to stand through in the overcrowded main room, to get to Joe singing about killing a dog {"me and billy the kid"), hammers ("everybody got hammered;" "gimme a hammer"), and covering terry allen's classic about picking up hitchhikers ("gimme a ride to heaven, boy").
