Honestly at a certain point I sometimes wonder why they don't just do a "TBA" in a headliner spot if the issue really is locking a 3rd headliner down. Would generate even more buzz probably. Though I guess it could backfire if you never lock down a real 3rd headliner

That would be unprecedented for a North American major festival though, right? I don't think Coachella is willing to do that.

xfinitypass says lineup tomorrow. CG knows more than I do about this stuff but she's usually pretty correct no?

I don't think they'd do it either but I feel like it'd only drum up more buzz for Coachella and get them another news cycle when they announce said third headling. But maybe there's a reason I'm not running major festivals

Yeah after some research looks like he bumped Portishead out of a headliner spot.

Didn’t they just say that Blur was breaking up?
Not the lineup, for me as usual, a few interesting things sprinkled in there

Overall ok for me but I audibly gasped when I saw Blur. Super excited to finally see them.

By US festival standards it’s pretty great By modern Coachella standards it kinda stinks

Does Bradley Nowell's kid control the rights to the name Sublime? I assume it's him with the other two original members?
Jealous of Blur.

I want to like this more than I actually do but I still might end up going.
Blur and Sublime with Brad's son sounds super cool.
Sunday would look so much better with Shakira instead of Doja Cat

Usually this is an indication of what might be coming through the Midwest... Unfortunately very little interests me. Deftones! Feeble Little horse would be cool. Nothing else.

Also why does it look like shit, from a technical standpoint? Like Mandy, Indiana is clipped out at the bottom even lol?

11/17/8 + No Doubt
That's still pretty good but idk if I wanna drop 2k on this experience, you know?

Saturday looks good for me (esp. Blur, Sublime, and Aquabats). Friday and Sunday don't do much for me.

It looks like a photoshop. No Doubt didn't even get a returning to the desert or whatever (have they ever played this fest before)

Even with Blur that's a pretty mid Coachella lineup. I don't see this selling out two weekends. This is a skip for me.
